- The company commenced business as Rachaita Architect in 2002, since we first started the practice, our portfolio of work has included the design and implementation of several successful Architectural projects throughout Gujarat Region.
- our studio caters to all scales of projects ranging from multi-complex housing projects, weekend homes, mixed-use projects, office buildings, commercial complexes, shopping malls, industrial parks, healthcare, education and other public facilities. Our scope of work and expertise includes master planning for large-scale projects, spatial planning and landscaping.
- The office is spread in the area of 4000 sq. ft at the prime location. The firm has a total of 29 qualified employees including:4 Assistant Architects, 6 Civil Engineers, 2 Assistant Engineers for Legal Work, 2 Interior Designers, 9 Drafting Technicians, 6 Office assistants. The firm has highly integrated hardware & software systems including 21 Computers, 2 Printers, 1 Scanner, 2 Plotter, 18 Legal Drafting Software.
