The client desired a lavish and a villa type row housing. We plotted a total of 72 farm villas and a club house in the given site area. We aimed to ensure the privacy of each villa, which brings the facing of each villa. As per client the motive was to make simple yet modern farm houses, around this we selected our color palette to be white paint and wood.
